Delhi International Airport (DIAL), operated by GMR Airports Infrastructure Limited, has once again cemented its position as a frontrunner in aviation excellence. It has received the prestigious Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Airport Experience Award for 2024.
This remarkable achievement marks the seventh consecutive year that Delhi Airport has been recognized as the Best Airport in the Asia-Pacific region. The airport currently handles over 40 million passengers annually.
The ASQ Awards, presented by Airports Council International (ACI), are globally acknowledged as the pinnacle of airport experience recognition. They celebrate airports that consistently deliver exceptional customer service, as directly rated by passengers.
Dominance in ASPAC Region
Delhi international has previously secured the top spot for six consecutive years (2018-2023). This latest award further solidifies its dominance in the highest category of airports.
The category encompasses airports serving over 40 million passengers per annum (MPPA) in the Asia-Pacific region.

Adding to its list of accomplishments, Delhi Airport recently joined the elite group of global airports capable of serving 100 million passengers annually, further solidifying its position as a key player in the global aviation industry.
The prestigious ASQ Awards Ceremony will take place on September 10, 2025, as part of ACI World’s annual Customer Experience Summit, scheduled from September 8 to 11 in Guangzhou, China.
